Careers Responsibilities and Expectations:

Deliver first-class service to our members Support team members and managers with premium guest services Conduct semi-private and private sessions for members Develop safe, professional, exciting and comprehensive personal training programs for our members Monitor and instruct members during personal training sessions on the safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment Observe and engage in all training's associated with the title Conduct consultations for members in need which include medical history, lifestyle questionnaires, and goal settings to assess and recommend programs Fulfill service requirements such as fitness assessments and equipment operations, as well as fitness equipment cleaning Continue education and understanding of all fitness services and product offerings Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry Manage online scheduling system and availability

Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or other related field preferred but not required Minimum of one year of experience in personal training Current CPR/AED certification Personal Trainer certification Attributes Active

Salary, Benefits and Perks:
