Mobile Personal Trainer

This position allows you to make a huge impact while maintaining your work-life balance and fulfilling a purpose that is much larger than 1on1 training in the gym. This is a temporary/seasonal contract (starting in April 2026) with the potential for promotion to full time employment.

Main responsibilities would include:

You will lead ninja fitness events, educating and empowering youth participants through the completion of a ninja obstacle course. Driving the innovative ninja rig / 70' rig to our customers' designated location (CDL preferred, but we are willing to train good drivers!) Obstacle course set up, lead our amazing team and oversee rewarding events, and course tear down. Concise communication with our event hosts to prepare for an amazing event.

Career Requirements:

Must have a valid US driver's license and clean driving record. Clean background check upon hiring (to be able to work with kids!). Obtain CPR certification as part of onboarding. Energetic and optimistic outlook on life! This is a position with a company that wants to incentivize and encourage growth.

Are you willing to travel out of town for 2-3 days a week a few times per month? Some of our events are in rural MN and surrounding locations. Our shifts are non-standard, so you may work 3 or 4 days to get to 40-45 hours a week. Additionally, we require you to work weekends and holidays. Are you willing to work these hours?

• Failure to yield to emergency vehicles
• Vehicular homicide or other felony
• Driving without a valid license Please confirm you do not have:
• Three or more moving violations in past three years
• Two or more at-fault accidents in the past three years
• More than 1 at-fault accident and violations within the last 3 years
