• Part-time, Contract MT Fitness is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor to lead group classes and offer private sessions within our strength-focused training studio.

This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys helping clients improve core strength, mobility, posture, and overall body awareness through controlled, low-impact movement. Our Pilates classes complement our strength training environment and focus on building stability, improving movement quality, and helping clients feel stronger and more balanced. Responsibilities Lead Pilates-based group classes in a clear, engaging, and structured format Provide private and semi-private Pilates sessions for clients Demonstrate proper form and guide clients through safe, controlled movement Offer modifications and progressions for different ability levels Create a positive, welcoming class environment Maintain a professional presence and represent the MT Fitness community Qualifications Pilates certification required (Mat or Comprehensive) Previous teaching experience preferred Strong understanding of core stability, mobility, and body mechanics Excellent communication and coaching skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented MT Fitness is a boutique strength training studio focused on helping clients build strength, move better, and feel their best.
