TSA Mission:

Provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the studio, and demonstrate a genuine passion for fitness and the HOTWORX brand. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Associate / Trainer Sales Associate (TSA) to join our team. This role focuses on engaging with prospects and members, educating them on HOTWORX workouts and memberships, and helping them make confident, informed decisions. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-oriented, passionate about fitness, and eager to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment. Interview & Workout Experience Requirement Candidates must be willing to participate in a workout as part of the interview process. One portion of the interview will take place inside the sauna during a HOTWORX session to ensure comfort, communication, and engagement in the workout environment. Once hired, employees are required to try every HOTWORX session to confidently educate, sell, and support members. HOTWORX Operation Hours Monday•

Closed Hours may vary. Required Training & Certifications Complete HOTWORX Certification (required annually as a refresher) Maintain active CPR, AED, and First Aid Certifications at all times Complete all assigned HOTWORX University online courses within the Trainer Sales Associate curriculum Basic Duties & Responsibilities Strive for and help maintain 5-star online ratings (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) Complete minimum scheduled hours and clock in/out using the provided time system Perform all daily opening and closing procedures and checklists Customer Relations, Sales & Studio Duties Greet members warmly and provide exceptional customer service Answer questions and provide clear sauna and workout instructions Assist with post-workout questions and recommend hydration, gear, and retail products Sell memberships and consistently work toward sales goals Sell retail products and stay knowledgeable on all current and future offerings Marketing & Prospecting Responsibilities Meet monthly prospecting minimums, including: 25 names and phone numbers submitted 5 guest passes returned with employee initials Assist the Manager with social media engagement and posts Enroll a minimum of 5 new members per month

Compensation Pay:

$15.00/hour + commission Commission paid on new member sign-ups and retail sales
