Summary We are looking for a goal-oriented, passionate Private Pilates Instructor to join our Health Services team. As a Private Pilates instructor, you will help motivate and inspire your clients in achieving their health and fitness goals through customized pilates sessions. You will provide clients with the guidance and instruction they need to get the maximum benefit from their sessions in relation to their health and wellness goals. Our Private Pilates Instructors are responsible for providing a highly personalized experience for their clients, as well as meeting productivity and revenue goals. As an instructor on our team, you will service complimentary intro sessions to support lead generation. As with all providers at WellWay, an important part of this role outside of the service you deliver is to engage clients and encourage their participation in all of the services provided by WellWay, while providing an extraordinary workout experience. All members of the Health Services team collaborate to support clients and members in reaching their health and fitness goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide complimentary Pilates demonstrations
• Provide safe, effective, and customized 1:1 pilates classes
• Promote the engagement and benefits of all health services provided at WellWay, including but not limited to ongoing assessment, working with other providers on the Health Services team, etc.
• Arrive on time for shifts and appointments and service appointments within the scheduled time frame
• Ensure clients remain motivated and are satisfied with their pilates sessions
• Meet and/or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly client acquisition and retention goals
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner, elevating issues when appropriate
• Perform various housekeeping duties including maintaining the cleanliness of the pilates studio and all equipment
• Engage in lead generation activities (offsite and internally as directed by Direct Supervisor )
• Complete administrative tasks, including but not limited to charting, client emails, program design, prepping for meetings, etc. in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor client outcomes through the WellWay model of care and assessment process

Compensation:

60% commission on sessions serviced + $15.00/hour for any required meetings and trainings.

Qualifications:

• Nationally recognized Pilates Certification
• Required
• Current Pilates Equipment/Reformer Certification
• Sales experience
• preferred
• 2+ year of Comprehensive Pilates experience
• required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends
