Job Description

Job Overview The Fitness studio is expanding to Plazas Midwood. We are a private one-on-one and small group personal training studio that does functional training. We are looking for a male and female personal trainer to help build the studio and their clientele base. Candidates will have to be able to work early mornings, evenings and Saturdays in the beginning to build the clientele base. Pre-selling, marketing, and ability to go out in the community and create relationships is a must. Candidate must have at least 5 years of one-on-one functional training experience and a recognized certification. Bringing clients will be an advantage to getting job but not a must. Candidates must market themselves and bring in 25% of business . This is a contractor position and easily has the ability of making $100-$150k plus a year. Responsibilities Develop tailored fitness programs based on clients' goals, abilities, and health conditions, utilizing your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics Lead one-on-one training sessions and group fitness classes with enthusiasm and clear instruction Assess clients' progress regularly and adjust programs to ensure continuous improvement Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and effective workout strategies Promote personal training services to new and existing members, contributing to the growth of the health club's fitness offerings Maintain a safe environment by adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring proper equipment use Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in sports coaching and physical education Skills Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to craft effective training plans Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education Ability to design innovative exercise programs that cater to diverse client needs and fitness levels Excellent communication skills for motivating clients and delivering clear instructions Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote services confidently Passion for sports coaching and helping others achieve their health goals Ability to work effectively within a team at a busy gym or health club environment Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise transforms lives!
