Are you an experienced Pilates instructor who loves helping clients feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies? We're looking for passionate Pilates Instructors to lead dynamic classes, deliver exceptional instruction, and contribute to a supportive, community-driven studio environment. This role is ideal for instructors who are confident leading group classes, understand movement mechanics, and thrive in a studio where client experience and connection matter just as much as the workout itself. What You'll Do ✨ Lead engaging, results-driven Pilates classes that challenge and inspire clients ✨ Deliver clear, confident cueing rooted in strong knowledge of alignment and form ✨ Provide thoughtful modifications and progressions to support clients at different fitness levels ✨ Maintain a high-energy, welcoming class environment that keeps clients coming back ✨ Build authentic relationships with clients before, during, and after class ✨ Collaborate with the studio team to create a positive and supportive community What We're Looking For ✔ Confidence leading group classes and adapting instruction for different ability levels ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Passion for helping clients improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness ✔ Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude Who You Are You're a confident and passionate instructor who truly cares about the people in your classes.
