Hourly Employment :

Roster positions are paid hourly and do not include benefits such as medical, dental, or vision insurance, life insurance, paid leave, or paid holidays.

Limited Hours :

Roster employees may work up to, but no more than, 1,000 hours in a 12 month period.

Pension System :

Roster positions are not eligible for membership in the city's pension system. While roster positions do not include benefits, they are often a pathway to full-time, benefited employment with the City. AHOY, which stands for "Adding Health to Our Years," is offered at seven locations throughout Greensboro, promoting fitness and well-being in a fun, inclusive environment. About the Role As an AHOY Aerobics Instructor , you will: Lead 6-8 weekly low-impact aerobics classes, including strength training. Develop dynamic and engaging exercise routines tailored for active adults. Set up and break down equipment, including folding chairs as needed.
