Job Description
Who We Are Booty Lab is a women-only strength training studio focused on helping women build confidence through strength. We're not a "burn out and sweat it out" type of gym — we focus on progressive overload, proper form, and creating a space where women feel supported, seen, and strong. We keep our classes small (max 6 women) so every client gets personalized attention, coaching, and real results. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a coach who actually cares — not just about workouts, but about people.
Someone who:
Loves strength training (and understands it's more than just a sweaty circuit) Can coach proper form, modify movements, and meet women where they are Brings energy, but also knows when to slow things down and focus on quality Wants to be part of a team and a community — not just clock in and out Is reliable, self-aware, and takes ownership This is NOT a "stand around and count reps" job. This is a coaching role. What You'll Do Lead small group strength training sessions (up to 6 clients) Coach and correct form with confidence and clarity Provide modifications based on injuries, experience, and ability Build relationships with clients and create a welcoming environment Help clients stay consistent and accountable Communicate with the team about client progress, concerns, and wins Occasionally support onboarding or intro sessions What Makes Booty Lab Different We don't do random workouts — we follow structured programming We focus on strength + long-term results, not quick fixes We actually know our clients and care about their progress We're building a community, not just filling classes Qualifications Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) or relevant experience Strong understanding of strength training principles (squat, deadlift, press, etc.) Comfortable coaching beginners and women with gym anxiety CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain) Bonus if you: Have experience with small group training Are passionate about women's fitness and confidence building Align with our "workout for life, not live in the gym" mindset Schedule Early morning and/or evening availability preferredPay:
