Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor

What You'll Do:

Coach high energy HIIT and strength training group workouts Inspire, motivate and connect with members in every class Educate members on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety protocols to maximize results and prevent injuries Represent the brand with positivity, professionalism and confidence Conduct fitness assessments Promote fitness sales by providing excellent customer service, explaining membership benefits, and encouraging program participation

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in personal training and group fitness instruction within a gym or health club setting Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE) is highly preferred Excellent communication skills with a passion for motivating others to achieve their fitness goals Aptitude for promoting fitness programs and memberships Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate member schedules If you're ready to lead, sweat, inspire and grow in a supportive, high performance culture, we want to meet you!

$25.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
