None Help Veterans Improve Their Health and Well-Being We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Yoga, Chair Yoga, Stretching, and Tai Chi Instructor to join our holistic wellness center in Dover, NH. This part-time position focuses on helping military veterans improve mobility, balance, flexibility, stress management, and overall wellness through gentle movement and mind-body practices. The compensation range is aligned with comparable wellness and movement-based instructor positions in the Dover area and is similar to the average hourly earnings of Athletic Trainers in the region, which average approximately $29-$30 per hour . Responsibilities Lead group and individual sessions in Yoga, Chair Yoga, Stretching, and/or Tai Chi Adapt exercises and movement programs for veterans with varying physical abilities and limitations Promote safe movement, balance, flexibility, strength, and relaxation Create an inclusive, supportive, and welcoming environment Educate participants on proper body mechanics, breathing techniques, and stress-reduction practices Collaborate with other wellness professionals within the holistic center Maintain attendance records and session notes as required Qualifications Certification in Yoga, Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, Therapeutic Movement, or related discipline Experience teaching older adults, veterans, individuals with chronic pain, mobility challenges, or disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to modify activities for participants of all fitness levels CPR/First Aid certification preferred Passion for holistic health and serving the veteran community What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Meaningful work supporting veterans' health and wellness Collaborative holistic care environment Opportunity to develop and expand wellness programming Professional autonomy and creativity in class development Positive and mission-driven workplace No benefits provided with this position About Our Center Our holistic wellness center is dedicated to supporting veterans through integrative health services that address the mind, body, and spirit.
