Role Description We are seeking a Certified Pilates Instructor for a part-time, on-site role in Chester, NJ. The instructor will lead group exercise classes, deliver personalized Pilates instruction, and provide ongoing coaching to clients of all fitness levels. Responsibilities include ensuring proper form and technique, creating a safe and welcoming studio environment, and supporting clients in achieving their fitness goals. Additionally, the instructor will address client inquiries and provide excellent customer service for an enhanced client experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Pilates instruction and experience leading group exercise sessions Knowledge of physical therapy concepts as they apply to Pilates and fitness training Strong teaching and coaching abilities to support clients in reaching their fitness goals Exceptional customer service and communication skills to foster client relationships Certified Pilates instructor with training on Pilates equipment (e.g., Reformer) is required CPR/AED certification is preferred Passion for fitness and the ability to motivate and inspire clients

Pay:
