Role:

This is an hourly role with 25-35 weekly hours expected . You are essentially the face of our Short Hills studio as you will be the coach they see the most! Starting availability will be Monday-Saturday.

What You'll Do:

Coach small group personal training sessions with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail. Deliver world-class coaching following the GameChanger system while building rapport and relationships with members. Step into our Short Hills studio and uphold the standard of coaching excellence our members expect. Be a reliable support to the Short Hills members, helping ensure a smooth, consistent member experience at all times.

What You Bring:

A nationally recognized certification (CFSC, NASM, ACSM, ACE, CSCS, etc.). CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). A passion for coaching and helping adults 40+ build strength, confidence, and consistency. Professionalism, adaptability, and a strong desire to grow within a high-performing team.
