Manage key accounts by maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored fitness solutions. Analyze sales data using tools like Salesforce to identify trends, forecast performance, and develop targeted action plans. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Collaborate with management on product offerings, promotional activities, and technology integrations to enhance sales effectiveness. Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and ensure ongoing account management to foster loyalty and retention. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, management, or business development within the health or fitness industry is highly preferred. Strong background in B2B sales, marketing strategies, and technology-driven sales platforms such as Salesforce. Demonstrated success in technical or business-to-business (B2B) sales environments with a focus on negotiation skills. Excellent analysis skills for interpreting sales metrics and developing actionable insights. Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and drive results in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with a proactive approach to client engagement. Knowledge of management principles related to team supervision and operational efficiency. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies for promoting personal training services effectively.
