Group Pilates Instructor (Boutique Pilates Studio)

About the Role We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. You will lead dynamic, creative classes that inspire clients of all levels — helping them build strength, flexibility, and confidence on the mat and reformer. Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging, well-structured Pilates mat and reformer classes Adapt instruction to suit varying client fitness levels and goals Create fresh, creative class formats that keep clients motivated and challenged Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to a welcoming studio culture Maintain a reliable, professional schedule and communicate proactively with studio management Stay current with Pilates methodology and continuing education Requirements Accredited Pilates certification (e.g., STOTT, Balanced Body, Peak Pilates, or equivalent) Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Pilates in a studio or fitness setting Demonstrated ability to design and deliver creative, client-focused classes Reliable, punctual, and professional — our clients count on you Genuine passion for Pilates and helping clients reach their goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Experience teaching weighted reformer classes What We Offer A supportive, collaborative studio community Competitive pay commensurate with experience Flexible scheduling options Access to studio equipment and continued learning opportunities
