Why This Role is Perfect for Group Fitness Instructors If you come from Orangetheory, F45, Barry's, boutique studios, or any class based training environment, this role allows you to continue coaching and helping people while transitioning into one on one client work. You will still use your coaching skills, energy, and ability to connect with clients, but in a more personalized format that focuses on mobility, recovery, and long term wellness. Position Flexologist Location Rye Brook NY Pay $24 to $28 per hour when working with clients plus tips and commission Part time and full time opportunities available What You'll Do Deliver one on one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client Educate clients on mobility, recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention Use your coaching background to build strong relationships and improve client retention Support studio events, community outreach, and local partnerships Create a positive, high energy, and welcoming studio environment Paid Training and Certification No assisted stretching experience required. All hires complete StretchLab's Flexologist Training Program at no cost.
