The Role As a Pure Barre Instructor, you'll lead up to 20 clients through our signature 50-minute class experience. You'll create a space that is both challenging and uplifting

• where clients feel stronger, supported, and inspired every time they walk through the door.

What You'll Do Lead engaging, high-energy classes that deliver the full Pure Barre experience Arrive prepared, confident, and ready to motivate every client in the room Learn and master choreography, with new material introduced quarterly Build meaningful connections with clients and foster a strong sense of community Support the studio environment by keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming Physically demonstrate movements, including pushups and light weight exercises, throughout class What Makes You a Great Fit You have a natural presence

• confident, outgoing, and comfortable leading a group You're passionate about fitness, wellness, and helping others feel their best You bring positive energy and know how to command a room in an encouraging way You have a strong sense of rhythm and musicality You're dependable, hardworking, and take pride in going above and beyond A background in dance, fitness, cheer, or barre is a plus
