What You'll Do Deliver professional, safe, effective personal training sessions Design client programs in Trainerize Manage schedules and client data in Mindbody Generate 2+ referrals per month and contribute to supplement sales Run and attend specialty workshops Help build a culture we're proud of Who We're Looking For NCCA-accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent) Minimum 1 year of paid training experience preferred Strong communicator — professional, confident, coachable Sales-aware — you understand trainer revenue is part of the job Hungry for a career, not just a paycheck

Compensation Base:

$50,000/year ($24.04/hr, 40 hrs/week) Quarterly raises: 2% per quarter when you hit 4.0x revenue benchmark (up to 8%/year)

Commissions:
