Overview Join our vibrant holistic health community as a Holistic Group Classes Instructor, where you will inspire and energize participants through dynamic, inclusive, and well-rounded classes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for fitness, movement, and wellness with your talent for teaching diverse group sessions. You will lead engaging classes in your choice of modality, whether it be stretching, fitness, corrective exercise, breath work, yoga, sound healing, etc. If you thrive in a lively environment and love motivating others to achieve their best, this position is perfect for you! Duties Design and deliver group classes that incorporate disciplines such as yoga, breathe work, corrective exercise, stretching, sound healing, etc. Educate participants on proper body mechanics, physiology principles, and anatomy to ensure safe and effective exercise execution. Tailor programs to accommodate diverse groups. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages community engagement and personal growth among class attendees. Monitor participant techniques during classes to prevent injuries and provide modifications as needed. Promote the benefits of holistic approaches by integrating physical activity with mindfulness practices when appropriate. Requirements Proven experience in group instruction and modality. Certification in relevant areas of teaching, i.e. yoga instructor certification Passion for teaching diverse populations with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
