Cincinnati, OH About the Cincinnati Country Club Established in 1895, the Cincinnati Country Club (CCC) is a prestigious private country club located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our club offers a range of premier amenities including indoor and outdoor dining, 6 guest rooms, an 18-hole golf course, 9 tennis courts, 3 platform tennis courts, swimming pools, fitness and squash facilities featuring 5 singles courts and a doubles court. Conveniently situated just 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, the CCC is also surrounded by an affluent neighborhood with great private schools and public school district. Description The Group Fitness Instructor provides safe, engaging, and high-quality fitness classes for members and guests of the Cincinnati Country Club. Instructors are expected to create a positive, motivating environment that encourages participation, supports member goals, and reflects the Club's standards of excellence and professionalism. Duties/Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver safe, effective, and engaging classes tailored to a variety of fitness levels and ages.
  • Motivate and energize members to maintain enthusiasm and consistency in their fitness routines.
  • Provide feedback and modifications as needed to help participants achieve personal fitness goals safely.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of the group fitness studios and equipment before and after class.
  • Arrive prepared and on time to set up for class, greet participants, and begin and end sessions as scheduled.
  • Report any injuries, incidents, or facility concerns promptly to the Fitness and Wellness Director.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality regarding members, staff, and club matters.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, promoting respect and positivity among members.
  • Communicate Effectively with management about class attendance, member feedback, or scheduling issues.
  • Participate in team meetings continuing education opportunities as directed. Skills & Abilities
  • Current national fitness certifications. (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM or equivalent) in the discipline(s) taught.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional, reliable, and team oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to varying fitness levels and provide appropriate modifications.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for health, wellness, and member service. Requirements
  • Punctuality, professional appearance, and consistent attendance are required.
  • Commitment to upholding the Cincinnati Country Clubs standards of excellence and member service.
  • Willingness to assist with special events or programs as needed.
  • Represent the Fitness & Wellness Department with integrity and enthusiasm.
