Group Fitness Instructor (1099 Independent Contractor)

Cleveland Racquet Club is a premier private health and racquet club dedicated to delivering an elevated wellness experience to our members. We are currently seeking professional, engaging, and dependable Group Fitness Instructors to join our fitness team. We are looking for instructors who are passionate about movement, member experience, and high-quality coaching in a welcoming private club environment. Class Formats Needed Gentle Yoga Slow Flow Yoga Vinyasa Flow Yoga Mat Pilates Barre Strength & Balance Schedule Needs Current priority availability includes: Weekend mornings Evening classes Additional daytime availability is highly desirable Responsibilities Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes Provide clear coaching cues and movement modifications Create a welcoming atmosphere for members of varying fitness levels Work comfortably with older adult populations Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes Maintain professionalism and positive member interactions Uphold the high service standards of a private health club

Qualifications Required:

Current CPR/AED Certification Current Group Fitness Certification, Personal Training Certification, or Yoga Teaching Certification Minimum 6 months of teaching or coaching experience Ability to obtain Professional Liability Insurance before hire

Preferred:
