This is an independent contractor position offering flexibility, autonomy, and significant growth opportunities as our Texas presence expands. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions in clients' homes, workplaces, or community fitness facilities Design customized exercise programs based on client goals and abilities Deliver monthly training programs through the Omni-Active® app Build strong client relationships that drive long-term retention and results Help clients improve their health, fitness, confidence, and quality of life Maintain professional communication and exceptional customer service Participate in referral and business development opportunities Consistently represent the Omni-Active® brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, or related field preferred OR nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.) Minimum 1-2 years of personal training experience Current CPR/AED Certification Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout the Katy area Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves helping people achieve meaningful results Takes ownership and accountability for your success Enjoys creating lasting client relationships Wants the freedom to manage your schedule Is interested in growing into a leadership or market development role Sees fitness as a career, not just a job Compensation Competitive per-session compensation Performance-based growth opportunities Referral incentives Leadership opportunities as the Texas market expands Join a Company That's Growing We're building something special in Katy and throughout Texas.
