Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Personal Trainer and Performance Coach for adults and youth, where your passion for fitness and dedication to helping others thrive come to life! In this energized role, you will inspire clients of all levels to achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs, engaging group sessions, and expert coaching. Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will empower individuals to unlock their full potential while fostering a motivating and supportive environment. Responsibilities Design and implement customized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and health status Lead one-on-one personal training sessions that focus on proper technique, safety, and effective workout strategies Conduct group fitness classes that energize participants and promote community engagement Educate clients on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy to enhance their understanding of exercise benefits and injury prevention Promote health club memberships and fitness services through proactive sales techniques and excellent customer service Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement Maintain a clean, organized workout environment while adhering to safety standards and best practices in fitness instruction Experience Proven experience in personal training, sports coaching, or teaching physical education within a gym or health club setting Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for effective program design Demonstrated ability to motivate diverse groups and individuals through energetic coaching styles Familiarity with fitness sales techniques and customer engagement strategies to promote membership growth Certifications in personal training or group fitness instruction preferred; relevant experience may substitute where applicable Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about exercise techniques and health principles Passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals through professional guidance and support Experience in Sports Specific Performance youth training perferred
