GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR
We are hiring certified coaches who can lead a room, manage energy, and deliver structured, high-level training sessions. Pay is $25 per class.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead group training sessions of up to 12 people with full control of the room. Every person should know what they're doing, how to do it, and where to be at all times. Set and control the energy of the class through your presence, voice, and structure. If the room feels off, you are responsible for fixing it immediately. Coach movement actively by walking the floor, correcting form, and giving clear, simple cues. Members should feel coached and improved every session. Adjust workouts in real time by providing regressions or progressions based on ability. You must be able to manage multiple levels within the same class.
WHAT WE EXPECT
Strong leadership and presence with the ability to confidently run a group. If you cannot take control of a room, this role will not work. High, controlled energy that elevates the class without creating chaos. Energy must be intentional and aligned with structure. Self-motivation and initiative in how you operate daily. You handle responsibilities without being told or reminded. Consistency and reliability in showing up prepared and on time. The standard does not change based on your mood or schedule.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep the gym clean, organized, and ready for every session. This includes resetting equipment and maintaining a professional environment. Complete all assigned duties without reminders or follow-up. Attention to detail and consistency are required.
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Must hold a current certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent). No certification, no consideration. Must have prior coaching experience in group fitness or personal training. You must be able to lead immediately. Must be physically capable of demonstrating movements and being active on the floor. This is not a passive role.
