As a Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging classes and contribute to creating a positive environment that promotes health and well-being. Duties Conduct group fitness classeS Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness. Maintain a clean and organized workout space within the gym environment. Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards. Foster a supportive community atmosphere among participants to encourage engagement and retention. Requirements zin MEMBERship Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate individuals in a group setting. Ability to adapt workouts for various skill levels while ensuring safety for all participants.
