Fitness Instructor for Senior Living Community The Heritage of Green Hills - 4.0 Reading, PA Job Details Part-time From $23 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Some college Customer service Client inquiry handling Individual consumer customer service Group fitness Full Job Description Our energetic senior living community is seeking a fitness instructor to motivate our lively residents to lead a healthly lifestyle. Our community is home to about 270 residents living in Independent Living, Personal Care and Memory Care settings. Position will work with our Director of Life Enrichment and fitness coordinator to conduct assessments, construct/develop appropriate individual and group fitness programs, instruct on the use of equipment and most importantly create a fun environment. Position has some flexibility in work schedule but ideally will be 8 am - 3 pm two days during the week and saturday mornings from 8 am - noon. Previous experience in the health and fitness field is required however strong consideration will be given to those enrolled in a related college program looking to do their internship. Experience with a senior population is helpful and excellent customer service skills is a must.
