REQUIREMENTS
General Application Requirements:

Applicants must submit a complete application including education, work experience, a resume (if applicable) and completed supplemental questions. Pennsylvania Act 153 and Act 126 (Mandated Reporter Certificate) Clearances prior to appointment. Applicants must obtain CPR/AED and First Aid Certificates within six (6) months of date of hire and maintain throughout employment.

POSITION DUTIES
Answers telephone calls and inquiries about court availability and schedules court reservations. Keeps accurate records of daily court rentals. Maintains the facility conditions by changing water coolers, restocking cups and emptying trash bins. Keeps all areas inside and outside of the facility clean by vacuuming the tennis courts with court sweeper, cleaning the restrooms, changing floor mats, shoveling snow and raking leaves. Resolves patron complaints and concerns regarding facility conditions. Performs activities and functions of related departmental personnel as assigned or required. Performs such other related tasks and duties that are assigned or required.
