What You Will Do Design and deliver personalized fitness and wellness programs Conduct consultations and fitness assessments Train clients one-on-one or lead group fitness classes Demonstrate proper form, technique, and movement progressions Track client and class progress through the HopperFit app Communicate with clients for accountability, motivation, and retention Adjust programming to meet individual and group goals Operate as an independent trainer without floor shifts, sales quotas, or gym politics Notes for

Success Lead Follow-Up :

You will be trained on our proven process for following up with leads by phone, text, or email. Quick responses and confidence in enrollment conversations are key.

Client and Class Accountability :

Use the HopperFit app to monitor client progress, manage challenges, review nutrition and exercise logs, and keep class participants motivated and consistent.

Fitness Assessments :

Experience with body composition analysis, blood pressure readings, or performance testing is helpful but not required.

Session and Class Management :

Plan and lead sessions or classes, document key notes, and adjust programming to maintain safety, energy, and progress.

Exercise Instruction :

A strong foundation in exercise science is essential. You must be confident demonstrating and modifying exercises for different fitness levels and limitations. Required Skills and Qualifications Passion for fitness and client success Certification in Personal Training or Group Fitness (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, or equivalent) Education or coursework in a health or fitness-related field Solid understanding of exercise science and human anatomy Strong communication skills in person and over the phone High energy, professionalism, and reliability Business-minded and self-motivated Preferred Skills Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field Basic nutrition knowledge Experience teaching HIIT, strength, yoga, bootcamp, cycling, or similar formats Experience working with older adults or clients with physical limitations Comfort working with diverse clients and groups Job Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of personal training or group fitness instruction experience Current CPR and AED certification Valid driver's license Eligibility to work in the United States Residence in Florida. South Florida is preferred. Work Location Fully Remote (client and class management through the app) In-person training and group classes exclusively at the Avenir in Palm Beach Gardens community
