is Rhode Island's only Sculptformer™ studio — a full-body, low-impact, max-intensity training experience built for people who are serious about results. We're not a vibe-only studio. We're not a wellness retreat. We're a performance space with an edge, and we need coaches who match that energy. Our programming is structured, intentional, and demanding. Slow-tempo. Failure-based. Music-driven. Every class has a purpose — and so does every correction, every cue, every name you call out across the room. If you've never coached to failure before, this will teach you how to. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Complete a FormHaus-specific training period before leading classes solo Lead 50-minute Sculptformer™ classes — Center Core, body-part-specific blocks, obliques. No filler. No warmup fluff. Drive slow, controlled reps at a 4-second tempo. Push clients to the end of their range, not their comfort zone. Execute the programming with precision. Every class, every time. Know every client's name before they clip in. Non-negotiable. Hold the energy — intense, but never chaotic. Demanding, but never dismissive. Represent

on the floor and on camera — on-site content creation and social media presence are part of the role.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Experience in group fitness, personal training, or athletic performance Pilates reformer experience is a plus — not a requirement Current CPR/AED certification Active fitness certification (ACE, NASM, or equivalent) Real understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics Minimum availability of 6 classes per week Willingness to create and post social media content — a premium camera is on site Reliability. You show up, you're on time, you're prepared. Coachability — our programming has a method and we expect you to learn it Attitude. The good kind. Confidence without ego.

was built by a competitive bodybuilder who got tired of fitness spaces that either lacked intensity or lacked identity. We built something that has both. We're building Rhode Island's first and only Sculptformer™ studio — dark, modern, LED-lit, and unlike anything else in this state. We're opening in Cranston, RI in Summer 2026. We're small on purpose. We're premium on purpose. And we're building a coaching staff that reflects that — people who take the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously.
