Job Description

Job Overview Join our team of professional trainers and coaches. Local studio with a full schedule looking to replace a minimum of three shifts that can turn into more based on merit. Opportunities to grow as a nutrition coach if interested. Well established professional environment, private facility, and willing to train the right individual looking for a career in fitness/health coaching. No selling or finding your own clients. Duties Design and implement customized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and medical background Lead one-on-one personal training sessions that motivate clients to push their limits safely and effectively Educate clients on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies based on physiology and anatomy knowledge Assess clients' progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement Work in team environment Stay current with industry trends in coaching, physiology, exercise science, and health & wellness. Qualifications Proven experience in personal training or sports coaching within a gym or health club setting Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to ensure safe exercise execution Ability to design effective training programs based on individual needs and goals Excellent communication skills for teaching physical education concepts clearly and motivating clients Certification in personal training or related fields preferred (e.g., NASM, ACE) Passion for health promotion with a proactive attitude toward client success and well-being We're committed to supporting your growth as a fitness professional while fostering a vibrant community dedicated to health and vitality.
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
