Job Description

JOIN THE TEAM THAT CHANGES LIVES
At F45, we're more than a workout. We're a community built on accountability, support, energy, and results. We combine the effectiveness and attention of personal training with the motivation and camaraderie of team training. We're looking for an energetic, passionate Coach to join our team and help deliver an exceptional member experience every day.
POSITION DETAILS
Availability for 2-3 days per week Coaching 2-3 classes between the hours of 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM (each class is 45 minutes) Part-time position (contract) Opportunity to grow within a high-energy fitness community Commission for sales to new members
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead engaging, high-energy group training sessions Motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels Deliver individual coaching and hands-on form corrections during class Create a welcoming environment where members feel supported and challenged Build strong relationships with members and contribute to our studio culture
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) ✔ Passion for helping people become the best version of themselves ✔ Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator ✔ Ability to command a room and coach large groups with energy and enthusiasm ✔ Strong eye for movement quality and exercise technique ✔ Comfortable providing individualized coaching and form cues in a fast-paced group environment ✔ Reliable, professional, and team-oriented WHY F45?
