Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Experienced Only)

Belfair, a premier private community, is seeking an experienced Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor to join our fitness team for select weeks in June and throughout the summer season. This role has the potential to evolve into a permanent part-time position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates Reformer sessions for members of varying fitness levels Provide individualized attention and modifications to ensure proper form and technique Create structured, well-balanced classes tailored to clients' goals and abilities Maintain a professional, welcoming, and motivating environment Ensure equipment is properly set up, cleaned, and maintained Communicate clearly with members and fitness management regarding scheduling and participant needs

Qualifications:

Current Pilates Reformer Certification (required) Minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience (experienced instructors only) Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and injury prevention Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Professional, reliable, and punctual Ability to work independently within a private club setting

Preferred:

Experience working in a private club or luxury fitness environment Additional certifications (Mat Pilates, group fitness, or related disciplines)

Schedule:
