Founding Pilates Instructors (Reformer + Mat) - Boutique Pilates Studio Opening In July We are opening a boutique reformer Pilates studio soon and are seeking 1-2 passionate instructors to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up and shaping a strong, community-focused studio from day one.

We are a woman-owned boutique Pilates studio designed for real life. Serving busy moms, working women, and individuals looking for both strength and self-care. We aim to create a welcoming, supportive environment with a strong sense of community, and those navigating full, busy seasons of life.

Responsibilities:

Lead safe, effective, and engaging Pilates classes Create a supportive, inclusive, and community-driven class environment Build relationships with clients and contribute to client retention

Qualifications:

Pilates certification (or currently in training for instructor roles) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for community-building and client experience Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and/or evenings
