High-Energy Fitness Coach

Overview We're looking for a high-energy, positive, and coachable individual to join our team as a Fitness Coach for our brand-new Music Warrior Program . This is a music-driven, high-energy fitness experience that combines movement, strength training, and martial arts-inspired exercises in a fun and motivating group setting. This is NOT your typical gym job. We are building leaders.

Pay:

$15•$22 per hour (with growth opportunities into $25+/hr leadership roles)

What You'll Do:

Lead or assist high-energy group fitness classes Coach adults through structured workouts (we provide training) Motivate and connect with members during and after class Help create a fun, positive, and engaging class environment Learn and incorporate basic martial arts techniques over time Assist with class setup, flow, and organization

What We're Looking For:
