Duties Lead, manage, and motivate the personal training team to deliver outstanding service and achieve performance targets Develop, implement, and promote personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new personal trainers to ensure a high standard of expertise and customer engagement Monitor trainer performance through regular evaluations, coaching sessions, and feedback to foster continuous improvement Manage scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and inventory related to personal training services Cultivate a positive environment that encourages client retention and team development Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote personal training offerings and increase program participation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies across all operations Skills Strong leadership skills with proven experience in team management and supervising staff in a fitness or retail environment Driving main KPI's for club/department growth Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and customer interactions Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, payroll management Proficiency in retail sales techniques, sales management, pricing strategies, and store management practices Skilled in managing budgets, merchandising, marketing initiatives, and retail math for optimal business results Exceptional organizational skills with experience in shift management, time management, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks Ability to utilize POS systems effectively for transactions related to personal training packages or memberships Experience in customer service excellence with phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills Knowledge of wireless sales or related technology tools is a plus for integrating digital fitness solutions Join us as a Personal Training Director if you're passionate about empowering others through health & fitness while leading a dedicated team.
