Compensation:
Up to $100,000+ (Commission + Bonuses) Fitness in Nashville is about to change forever. Iconix is not another big-box gym or boutique studio. We are building the city's first true luxury performance and community-driven training facility—think five-star hospitality meets world-class strength & conditioning. We're looking for the top 1% of personal trainers in Nashville—coaches who are tired of volume-driven gyms, outdated equipment, and capped earning potential.

Continuing Education Reimbursement:
up to $500/year on approved courses and certifications ($200 for PT Levels 1-3, $500 for PT Levels 4-5) A real community—members and staff who actually know and support each other
Requirements:
Current national certification (NSCA, NASM, ACSM, ACE, etc.) CPR/AED certification required Proven track record of life-changing client results If you're ready to train at the highest level and help us create an unparelled fitness experience, we want you. .
