Kinema Fitness is a premium fitness center operator that provides on-site wellness solutions to corporate facilities across the country. We pride ourselves on creating an absolutely incredible atmosphere for our members that is built on the highest levels of customer satisfaction, member engagement, program innovation, and performance. Kinema Fitness is seeking an on-demand personal trainer and/or front desk associate to assist in the operations of a high-end corporate fitness center in Nashville, TN on an on demand basis. We are seeking an individual that has strong communication skills and a love and passion for wellness. All group fitness formats are welcomed. Applicants must have or be able to obtain their certificate of insurance prior to hiring. Ideal candidate has a flexible schedule and is able to cover desk shifts for manager and fitness manager as requested in addition to their weekly class/clients. Roles and Responsibilities Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, that is tailored to the needs of the members and client. Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks. Registering prospective members and assisting them. Providing information on classes and availability Handling questions regarding memberships Ensuring the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and taking a responsible attitude towards maintaining the premises and facilities of the Fitness Center Requirements Valid CPR/AED certification Appropriate personal training / group fitness certifications (if interested in this aspect of the job, not required otherwise) Certificate of insurance Benefits Access to work out in private corporate gym for free Access to parking garage / free parking Work directly in the heart of downtown Nashville Experience in a corporate fitness setting Flexible schedule

Pay:
