Position Summary The Pilates Instructor is responsible for inspiring members to build healthier, happier lives through meaningful relationships and expert instruction. This role delivers a positive, educational, and supportive experience that promotes member engagement, goal achievement, and long-term retention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Design safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates programs tailored to individual client goals Provide hands-on instruction to ensure the safe and effective use of Pilates equipment Conduct fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening, goal setting, and program recommendations Lead private, semi-private, and group Pilates sessions Promote and sell Pilates training packages, Group Fitness classes, and Personal Training services Complete all required administrative tasks related to client programming and scheduling Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Pilates studio environment Stay current on industry certifications, continuing education, and emerging fitness trends Educate members on relevant health and fitness topics Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure members feel competent, confident, and connected Document all aspects of client programming and progress Provide fitness floor assistance to support member safety, education, and motivation Position Requirements Minimum of 3-5 years of pilates training experience Experience designing Pilates programs Certified Pilates Instructor Certification and training in Reformer, Tower, Chair, and Barrels CPR and AED certification (or willing to obtain upon hiring) Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications 150-400 hour comprehensive Pilates certification (including Mat, Reformer, Tower, and Chair training) Arcis Golf is an equal opportunity employer.
