Job Description
Personal Trainer Duties:
- Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions.
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels
- Provide guidance and support to clients during workouts
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their exercise programs
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety precautions
- Offer nutritional advice to complement clients' fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Experience in sales or fitness sales is a plus
