We are committed to creating an encouraging, high-energy environment where members feel supported in reaching their health and fitness goals.

Our facility includes:

Over 7,000 square feet of indoor training space Brand-new selectorized and strength equipment A fully equipped outdoor training area with turf, free weights, and machine weights A growing community-centered atmosphere focused on health, wellness, and performance We are not a corporate gym. Our trainers have the opportunity to build their own business, create programs, lead classes, and develop lasting relationships with clients. Position Overview We are looking for driven, professional, and engaging personal trainers who are passionate about positively impacting people's lives through fitness and wellness. The ideal candidate is motivated, entrepreneurial, personable, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions Build and maintain strong client relationships Create customized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals, limitations, and fitness level Communicate consistently with clients between sessions to improve accountability and retention Assist clients in setting realistic goals and tracking progress Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions Contribute to the positive culture and energy of the gym Help grow your training business through networking, referrals, and member engagement Opportunity to develop specialized classes, programs, or small-group training offerings What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, or related field preferred Experience in personal training, sales, and/or marketing CPR/AED certification Ideal Traits Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, punctual, and dependable Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm Ability to build trust and genuine relationships with clients Strong work ethic and integrity Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow professionally Coachable and willing to learn Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and/or weekends What Makes Trainers Successful at Pop's Successful trainers at
