Aquatics Fitness Instructor

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Aquatics Instructor and lead engaging, low- impact water fitness classes desinged to improve adult member's strength, mobility, balance and cardiovascular health. This role delivers safe, motivating and inclusive workouts that accommodate a wide range of fitness levels. The instructor fosters a positive poolside environment, ensures proper use of the equipment and supports the club's commitment to high- quality wellness programming. Duties Lead structured aquatics classes for adults, tailoring instruction to individual skill levels and learning styles Enforce safety rules diligently by monitoring behavior management and preventing accidents in the pool area Experience Prior aqua instruction experience with current certification in CPR and first aid is required Experience working with students in educational or recreational settings Familiarity with health club or gym operations is a plus but not mandatory Strong communication skills to effectively instruct diverse groups and promote a fun yet safe atmosphere Embark on a vibrant journey where your enthusiasm for sports, water safety, and teaching can truly make waves!
