Responsibilities Lead safe, upbeat aqua aerobics classes Teach a mix of cardio, strength, and mobility exercises Demonstrate proper form and provide modifications for all levels Maintain a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging class environment Monitor pool safety and enforce facility guidelines Assist with setup, cleanup, and class communication when needed

Qualifications:

Must be comfortable in the water or teaching on pool deck Energetic and enthusiastic personality Strong communication & people skills Ability to lead groups and encourage participants Willingness to learn and complete training Preferred (but not required — we will train great people!)
