Founding Studio Director & Lead Pilates Instructor (Equity Opportunity)
Location:
Lubbock, Texas About the Opportunity We are launching a brand-new boutique Pilates studio in one of Lubbock's premier locations and are seeking a motivated, experienced Pilates professional to join as our Founding Studio Director & Lead Instructor. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in building a studio from the ground up. The facility will be a custom build-to-suit space designed specifically for Pilates and wellness. We are looking for a leader who can help shape the vision, build a client base, lead studio operations, and create an exceptional member experience. The ownership group is providing the facility, build-out, equipment investment, and startup capital. We are seeking the right person to help lead operations and grow the business. Equity and ownership opportunities may be available for the right candidate based on experience, qualifications, and long-term performance. Compensation $60,000 - $100,000+ annually Performance-based bonuses Growth incentives Potential equity ownership opportunity Responsibilities Teach group Pilates classes and private training sessions Manage daily studio operations Recruit, train, and mentor instructors Assist with studio setup and launch activities Develop and grow membership sales Build relationships within the local community Create and maintain an exceptional client experience Help develop class schedules and programming Coordinate client onboarding and retention efforts Assist with marketing, social media, and promotional events Track studio performance and growth initiatives Maintain studio standards, cleanliness, and professionalism Qualifications Certified Pilates Instructor Minimum 2 years of Pilates teaching experience preferred Previous studio management or leadership experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and customer service experience preferred Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals Ability to build relationships and foster a positive studio culture Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is more than just an instructor.
