Position Overview:

We are hiring part-time Pilates Instructors who are passionate about fitness, client experience, and personal growth. Whether you're already certified or looking to become certified, we provide the opportunity to build a rewarding career in the Pilates industry.

Responsibilities:

Lead engaging, safe, and effective Pilates classes Provide hands-on corrections and support to clients Create a welcoming and motivating studio environment Build relationships with clients and encourage retention Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

Requirements:

Must be willing to complete Pilates certification (if not already certified) Certification must be paid for by the instructor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Reliable and professional Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Additional Requirements:

Must be willing to sign a 2-year non-compete agreement
