Part-Time / Full-Time (Rotating Shifts) About Mind Over Body Fitness Mind Over Body Fitness is a training facility dedicated to functional fitness, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and Hyrox preparation. The gym focuses on building a strong community and providing an environment where every member is supported, challenged, and encouraged to push past their mental and physical barriers. The Role Mind Over Body Fitness is seeking an energetic and experienced Fitness Coach to lead dynamic group classes. The ideal candidate is an expert in HIIT and functional movements, as well as a passionate champion for others. This role requires someone who can command a room, correct form with precision, and provide the motivation members need to succeed on their individual fitness journeys.
Key Responsibilities Lead and Instruct:
Deliver engaging, high-energy HIIT and Hyrox-style group training sessions for members of varying fitness levels.
Form and Safety:
Demonstrate proper exercise mechanics, actively correct member form, and ensure a safe, injury-free training environment.
Motivate and Support:
Act as a dedicated partner in members' fitness journeys, offering encouragement, accountability, and positive reinforcement during tough workouts.
Adaptability:
Modify exercises on the fly to accommodate injuries, physical limitations, or beginners within a fast-paced group setting.
Facility Upkeep:
Assist in organizing equipment, resetting the gym floor, and maintaining a clean workout space before and after shifts. Qualifications & Requirements Demonstrated coaching experience in HIIT, functional fitness, circuit training, or Hyrox. A genuine passion for fitness and a track record of uplifting and supporting clients or gym members. Strong vocal projection, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work flexible, rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Schedule & Operating Hours Coach schedules will vary and involve rotating shifts to ensure coverage during operating hours. The gym's hours of operation are: Monday•
Friday:
5:00 AM•8:00
PM Saturday:
6:00 AM•1:00
PM Sunday:
