Job Description
Duties:
- Lead aqua fitness classes for an elderly population.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises to ensure safety and maximize results.
- Motivate and encourage participants
- Provide modifications and adjustments for participants with different fitness levels or physical limitations.
Qualifications:
- Certification in one or more fitness disciplines such as Zumba Aqua, fitness
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate participants.
- Ability to adapt exercises and modify workouts based on individual needs or limitations.
- Experience in leading group fitness classes
- Passion for health and wellness with a desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
