Alloy:
As the Studio Manager, your primary objective at Alloy is to deliver premium personal training and client experiences, and achieve studio growth objectives through sales and retention. The Director of Training responsibilities also include overall sales management; adherence to budgeted payroll costs and other expenses; appropriate team management and scheduling according to company policies and procedures so as to minimize potential liability and maximize employee satisfaction and retention; and ensuring overall pristine studio cleanliness and maintenance. How you'll thrive: As the Studio Manager, you'll spend roughly 15% of your time conducting personal training sessions in a small group at our studio following Alloy's program delivery methodologies and standards. The rest of your hours will be spent on studio growth and studio management including sales, retention, community involvement, administration, and staff management. Unlike other opportunities, you'll have direct perks like the opportunity for profit sharing as though you were an acting partner in the business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Uphold the mission and core values of Alloy Oversee internal and external marketing activities, including maintaining Social Media presence and monitoring local digital marketing campaigns to generate sufficient leads to achieve membership goals Perform all Starting Point sessions (consultations) and follow the sales system outlined for the appointment (including follow-up). Train sessions a minimum of 10 hours per week, operate the business to achieve approximately 40 hours per week. Manage Sales Pipeline using sophisticated lead management software with the goal of converting prospects to members. Lead, manage, and recruit the most qualified staff for the local market Scheduling staff according to operational requirements and in compliance with payroll budgets Training, coaching and supervising the staff in accomplishing job duties to the highest standards, including conducting weekly meetings with staff Monitor staff performance to ensure delivery of membership services in compliance with company policies and procedures Develop goals and objectives in order to provide member and employee satisfaction, improve member and employee retention, and fulfill monthly membership goals. Conduct member accountability sessions as needed and correspond with the proper follow-up. Manage client usage and adherence while communicating with those who require additional accountability. Oversee all general operations of the studio including opening/closing procedures, maintenance, and cleaning Other duties as assigned Adhere to systems and standards set forth by the Franchisor and local ownership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science) 3+ years of personal training experience required 3+ years of experience in management and sales in a stand-alone, high end fitness club preferred Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills is a must Proven financial, business and human resource management experience Computer software literacy Evening and weekends hours are required
Base Salary :
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year depending on qualifications • Bonus Potential will allow the opportunity to earn up to the equivalent of $100,000+ per year.
