- Evaluate clients' fitness levels, goals, and health history, creating tailored programs that deliver results. Educate & Inspire
- Teach proper exercise techniques, ensuring safe, effective workouts that build strength and confidence. Track Progress
- Monitor client performance, adjust programs as needed, and celebrate their wins. Create a community
