Fitness and Pilates Instructor / Coach Draper, UT 84020 Part-time, Contract Part-time, Contract Job Overview New boutique-style fitness studio in Draper seeking an energetic and passionate Fitness and Pilates Instructor and Coach to inspire and motivate individuals on their health and wellness journeys. In this dynamic role, you will lead engaging fitness classes. We are not a typical fitness studio. We offer a curated training and social experience built on elevated standards, intentional programming, and a community that values presence, performance, and growth. We are building a team of the best of the best coaches who lead with purpose, precision, and energy. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a highly skilled, music-driven instructor with a refined coaching presence and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences every time they step on the floor. This role is for someone who: Leads with confidence, clarity, and consistency Understands how to coach, not just demonstrate Can command a room while connecting with individuals Is passionate about growth, education, and mastery Required Qualifications Certification through a nationally recognized organization (ACE, AFAA, or equivalent) Pilates training (Reformer and Mat experience required) Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in a group fitness setting CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain prior to start) Core Skill Sets Ability to teach across multiple formats: Reformer Pilates Mat Pilates Strength training Yoga (Vinyasa Flow) Hybrid / functional bodyweight training Strong musicality: Ability to hear, feel, and coach to the beat Experience leading music-driven classes Advanced coaching ability: Clear, effective cueing Form correction and injury awareness Layering and progression techniques Ability to scale for all levels of clientele What Sets You Apart Background in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field (preferred) Commitment to continuing education and evolving your craft Thoughtful programming (not recycled or copy-paste workouts) Strong leadership presence and professionalism Team-oriented mindset with a focus on culture and community Reliability, you show up prepared, consistent, and ready to lead The Standard We hold a high bar: Every class is intentional Every client experience matters Every instructor contributes to the culture We are not looking for volume, we are building a select, high-caliber team . What does strong leadership look like to you in a group fitness setting? What kind of team environment do you thrive in, and how do you contribute to studio culture? How are you currently investing in your growth as an instructor and coach? What does showing up prepared for class look like for you? Describe a time that you overcame a challenge to show up anyway. How do you use music in your classes? Describe how you cue and program to the beat? What types of music do you like to use in class? What days and times are you available? Group fitness: 2 years (Preferred)License/Certification:
