Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Fitness Instructor to join the Spa Team in Park City! With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this award-winning Forbes 4-Star boutique property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This includes a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining. At Waldorf Astoria, we create unforgettable experiences for our guests, meaningful opportunities for our Team Members, and a positive impact in our community. The ideal candidate will have Pilates and/or Yoga certifications along with a personal training certification. And the ability to obtain a CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire if you don't already have them.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Lead engaging fitness classes: Deliver individual and group workouts that are motivating, effective, and tailored to a variety of fitness levels and goals Support safe exercise practice: Monitor guests during workouts to correct form, provide assistance, and answer questions as needed to support safe and effective fitness Maintain industry knowledge: Stay up to date on the latest exercise science, fitness trends, and instructional techniques to enhance the guest experience Support club operations: Conduct opening and closing procedures, assist with general club tasks, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain a clean and inviting environment: Keep studios, locker rooms, equipment, and common areas clean and organized in compliance with health and safety standards Ensure facility safety: Assist in monitoring facility and equipment usage
